Custom HTML in side panel on every page: 404 error?

Question

with a new 151 instal. with defualts when i add code to

Custom HTML in side panel on every page:

<a href="http://mysite.info/"><img src="image.jpg" width="176" height="200" /></a>

when i click to save it it returns a forbidden 404 error.

any idea how to fix this?

Well, i am super admin and chmod everything temporarily to 755.

were else should i look? or adjust?

I'm not entirely sure but your hosting company can fix this probably quite fast.
