NOW THE WHOLE SITE IS BROKEN INCLUDING THE ADMIN PAGE IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET RID OF THIS?

I have no way of deleting it because the admin page is completely covered

PHPmyadmin > database > Options > Custome header > Delete the code. Done.
