How do I increase maximum length of feed (more than 50)?

It will need to hack the core.

qa-include/pages/admin/admin-default.php (around L240)

Only variable are changed but result are showing still maximum 50.

With the above change, 100 should be shown for max in admin>RSS feed option. Once you have confirmed that, you should be able to change the value to a number greater than 50.
