Is there a sitemap which automatically submits individual questions  to Bing and Google ? I see that categories and tags are the only one being indexed but individual questions are not appearing in search on both Bing and Google search engines. My site is https://mathsgee.com/qna

No, you have to submit manually your sitamap to Google and Bing webmaster tools.
