Want to add latest questions and category tag to email template. Help

I am using the email template plugin and would like to add Latest questions and categories to emails sidebar. What tag should I use? I have done this but I did it manually so that content will never be updated unless I do it every time

So we use ^body and ^title will get value of plain text body and subject. ^site_title and ^site_url  ^site_title and ^site_url will be replaced with your site name and url, ^logo_url with the logo of your site)

Now! I want to add site categories and Latest questions. I am not familiar with q2a instructure and by the time I find out my baby woke up
