how to call qa-base.php file

how to call qa-base.php file from the file in plugin folder.

for example i have file abc.php in plugin folder xyz then how to call qa-base.php from

qa-inculde folder.

 

please help me out

You can call any function in qa-base.php without needing to do anything else, since it's always included if any part of Q2A is running.
