can you give me an instruction how to change the code in qa-base.php to create friendly urls?

i want to remove letters like ä, ö or ü from urls. this letters in german words make bad urls with lots of %. but i have no experience with php... what kind of code must be inserted and where?

Don't worry about it - I decided to implement this as an option and it will appear in the next beta.
