Under IIS6 how to deploy rewrite  (1.4)

• Open IIS > click on your website > Click on URL Rewrite > Click on "Import Rule" under Inboud > Click on Import File . 
• Find the file ".htaccess" in your Q2A directory .
• once it loads it will give 1 error ... 
• if it does Remove or Comment (by adding # on the start) "RewriteBase /" and hit Import on right side ..
