I want to remove user text from the user name

How to remove user text and last text from the page title just because I have used only for QA website not main website name ""

For the first part, you’ll need to change the ‘profile’ language file. Follow the instructions in the bottom section here and change the ‘user_x’ value from 'User ^' to just '^'

For the second part - unfortunately there’s nothing you can do. That part is not in your title and Google decided to add the overall site name in there. You can’t get them to change it.
