User approval is not working previously for administration in 1.8.2

a user can wait to be approved: yes. but a user before being able,can to send messages to other members without having to be approved. which is annoying since there are harassments

Basically, setting a permission level for sending private messages. Seems like a good idea. Definitely not a bug, though

Within the format is not an error because we understand who enables disables their private messages. but for the troll it is only to see who does not have it disabled and ready. I would appreciate this as an improvement since it is an excellent idea to be able to classify this permission by user levels

So if I’m understanding correctly, you’re saying that if a user has not been approved, they can still send private messages?

Haven’t tested yet myself but that sounds like a bug. I’ll check into it.

if you could give private messaging permissions to users from a certain score or expert level up, that would be excellent
