why doesn't text-transform:capitalize; work on tags in the css?

It works for me, if you add text-transform: capitalize; to the .qa-tag-link CSS rule.

but i want a proper solution
like my tag is "LCR Circuit" but it converted to "lcr circuit" and with text-transform: capitalize; it will be like "Lcr Circuit".
It will only be possible by not convert it to lowercase in first place.
