Send email to all users when new question is asked..how can I do this?

I think that is not good idea , although it seems good marketing
That will cause to mark your website mails as spam then after a period all email will settle to the spam section

I would like to have this possible, or at least to mailing group.
We would like to use Q2A as internal tool for knowledge sharing.

For now we have mail spam where everyone is recieving question and whole discussion as long as someone protest it should go private.
