How can I ad a pagination on the top of the thread page?

Hi,

in some cases a Question has many answers (more than one page can show). In that case it would be wonderfull if I can click on a pagination or link to directly go to the last page to see the new answer instead of scrolling down to get the pagination.

Is there a simple solution for that?
