How can I have pagination at the end of a category question list?

Question

Right now, at the end of a category, there is a sentence "To see more, click for the questions blah blah blah..."

If I click on that fantasy link, I have to read the questions again. As a very very NORMAL user, no one likes this.

I'm asking for fun, because I know this won't be solved.

yoursite.com/categoryname   and yoursite.com/questions/categoryname is the same!!!!
