Searching works only for full words

Hi All,

I find q2a awesome, but there is one thing I can't solve. Searching only works for full words, but in my case it is very important to make it work with partial words, too.

Do you have any recommendation to make this work? A plugin, or someting similar can be good also. I'm planning a closed self-hosted solution, so public indexing is not an option for me.
