How to add descriptions for tags using the Tag Description plugin by Q&A Themes

I installed the plugin, activated it but can't find where to access the tags to set their descriptions. Maybe the plugin is not compatible with the 1.80 version? I use the Donut theme.

Log in as admin, then go to the tag page,example: yoursite.com/tag/abcdef. There will be a button to edit the tag info.
