How to make Name and Email fields as mandatory to ask a question

Can we make name and Email fields as mandatory in ask a question form. ?

How to do it. Please help.

I have the same need

I don't want make registration mandatory but name ed email yes

It's similar but the user feel different

What would that help with other than harvesting e-mail addresses? How would you validate the e-mail address given? And if you don't validate it, what would prevent the person posting the question (or answer) from just entering a random e-mail address, where notifications in the best case would be rejected (if the mailbox doesn't exist), and in the worst case would be sent to some random stranger. Don't do this.

but a solution could be that the question (or answer) can be validated only if the person click on a link confirmation sent to the email that he wrote

It's different in 2 ways

Firts of all in this way it is really easier because it is just 1 operazione and not 2 (registration and question)

Second concern gdpr
the user is not registed, just confirm the email

From a GDPR perspective it doesn't matter if the user is registered or not. You're still collecting (and presumably processing) personal information, so GDPR regulations still apply.
