These are my parameters for question hotness, so according to this and what I want the questions with the most up votes and many views and many answers should be on top of the list. However, there are a lot of new questions ( which I have set to 0 ) that have no views or answers or votes that show up before the questions that have many, votes, views and answers. How can I make sure that new questions with no or little views and answers and upvotes will stay at the bottom of the list?
