I'm wondering if someone posts a question on my site and
the post will be posted on my twitter.

so that the twitter users can check new Q&A in real time.

If it's possible, please let me know how I can do that.

Yes it is possible. use http://twitterfeed.com/ to push questions asked on your site to your Twitter account.
