Answer boxes on the list pages be hyperlinked to the Question Page

Hi There,

Some of our users click on the "answer" box of the question section, however, this box is not hyperlined to the question page. The "answer" box is shown in the below picture.

How this answer box can be hyperlinked to the question page?
