How do I utilize the feedback form?

I can't find anything in the admin that allows me to turn on a feedback form. Anybody know how that's done?

"Admin" > "Emails" > "Provide a page for users to send feedback" ?

Thanks but that does nothing. I never see a feedback form nor navigation to see it.

It should add a link to the page footer. You can try it in the demo, it works fine there: http://demo.question2answer.org/
If you don't see it on your site, it's possibly a problem with the theme you are using.
