error accessing admin panel on my new question2answer site

i installed question2answer just now and after i logged in using google chrome, i clicked on the "admin" link but the site keeps loading forever. i also tried to access my admin panel using firefox but i get the same problem. but when i tried it with opera, i was able to access my admin panel. why cant i access my admin panel on google chrome and firefox?

I discovered that i cant also access my admin panel in  higher opera browsers. so, it means that i cant generally access my admin panel. any time i click on it, it loads forever.

i reinstalled the site via softaculous and it seems to perform better than before. i can now access my admin panel but some links (e.g permissions) in the admin panel still loads forever until it says connection was reset.
