I really like this site. It has all the essential stuff a Q&A site needs to have...But I was wondering if there is an admin panel or something like that for this site.

Yes, there is a very detailed admin panel. Unfortunately there isn't currently an online demo of that, but it should be pretty quick for you to install and see for yourself.
