Tags suggestion when admin moderates a question

Hi There,

In Q2A, when you ask a new question, it suggests related tags. However, when admin wants to edit a question tags are not suggested.

This increase the moderation time. Is there any solution so that related tags will be suggested

Q2A version: 1.7.4
