display list of questions, category specific with voting option on wordpress page

I would like to display a list of recent questions on a regular page of my wordpress site. I would like to make it category specific. AND  include the vote up and vote down buttons so the user can vote. 

How do I do this?

It is possible but requires heavy coding. You can start something similar to my repositories and store. (see links below). It's quite old and hasn't updated since long though it could be a good reference for startup
