It's been more than 6 years since Q2A started but still we use the same old text type emails.
I think it's good time to take a few steps in improving email design of Q2A. I am not saying to make them attractive with tons of cosmetics, but some basic styling like borders and separators distinguish message from rest of email. Just a few steps towards this can make a hug difference in improving the user experience of Q2A.
Emails are one of the best ways to interact with people nowadays but the old design is just not good enough to engage people in reading those emails.
