Why does (free) Q2A haven't a reputation system as the other (commercial) scripts have?

I've seen some questions related to this topic in this site but none of them was answered or solved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And as I know a script without  reputation system is almost useless because it doesn't give a non- reputation community the power that a reputation system can give.

Those questions weren't answered because no explanation of "reputation" was given. That's like me asking "Why doesn't Q2A have asdfghjkl?" It makes no sense without explanation ;)

Also, if you're the same person who has asked 5 other similar questions, you should have gone back to check them, since several comments were posted, asking for clarification.

I'm going to take a wild guess and assume this is about giving users with higher points more powers like editing etc. In which case - this is coming in the next version! Now stop asking ;)

That wiki page just goes to show how broad the meaning of "reputation system" is. But I'm guessing I am right then with regard to Q2A, and it's about points-based permissions.
