Error 403 occurs

Question

Hi there,

I would like to add Google Analytics code to my Q2A; accordingly I try to copy the code to one of the HTML boxes that can be found in Layout section. However, when I try to save the settings, error 403 occurs. Due to that, I cannot add Analytics code.

I only get 403 when I try to edit something in Layout section, other sections work fine. Is there any chance to solve this problem?(Finding another way to copy the Analytics code would be fine, as well)

I don't think there should be any issue with that. Exactly what are you pasting and where?

I know that, normally, there should not be a problem as I have edited layout section before. However, I haven't been able to edited there for a few months because of 403 error.

I am simply pasting the Google Analytics tracking code, yet I cannot write anything else, as well.

i check in other hosting provider and i found the problem is the hosting
