User avatar image not view and open page this user 403 Forbidden error

Hi all.

I use Question2Answer: 1.7.0-alpha1

VPS server.

Apache/2.2.16 (Debian)

PHP Version 5.3.3-7+squeeze22

Mysql Server version   5.1.73-1-log

My site users page not load avatar image. I open this user, i see error 403 Forbidden. I update apache, but its now work.

http://szh.kz/users?start=714  Next page, next page. Your see not load avatar. Open this user, you see 403 Forbidden. Update this page 2-3 f5 page load normal.
