After many days of searching and tryingevery possible solution, i finally found about the cause of this disturbing problem and i hope this will help others:
the problem is from hosting provider !!
they are blocking your ip whenever you try to integrate a script code to your site whatever the place is, its for their server security reason, so contact them for that 403 error and they will fix it.
