How to use HTML5 <video> tag in questions?

I want to use youtube and also imgur and others that need the <video> tag.

I downloaded the youtube plugin and it works. But it uses iframe. I also added the ability to edit source code in posts but that didn't help every time I write <video> it gets deleted when I confirm.

Input contents are filtered by htmlLawed for security reason. It's version in now Q2A is old (V1.1). If you want to use HTML5 tag in content, you have to upgrade to V1.2.? and tune parameter of htmlRawed & CKEditor.
