Allow users to post wihout confirming email

Question

Right now, users have to confirm their emails before their posts can be automatically posted. If they don't confirm their email, then their posts keep going to the moderation queue. How do I set up Q2A running on the Donut theme to automatically post when the post is made from users with unconfirmed emails?
