Error during installation 1.3.3 Cannot Sent session cache limiter?

Question

I get this error during the Installation anybody an Idea what can it be?

This error happens when I am click on a button create super administrator.

I think its a bug.

 

Same thing happen with this http://www.question2answer.org/qa/5214/error-when-installing-q2a-1-3-3
