Resources for learning how to create plugins

Hello,

I was wondering if there are some good (easy to understand) online resources about how to create plugins for q2a. I have been googling around, but nothing obvious jumped out.

I have basic programming skills in perl/php and javascript and I know the basics about css/html, basic being the key word here...
