Unfortunately, it is not possible for me to register my site in Webmaster Tools in Google

Upload Confirmation Page of Google can not be detected.

The confirmation with Analytics does not work either

Now I want to try the Googlemetatag from the Webmastertools.

How to install this meta tag for google?
