Let the user know that their account are locked because violate term of services.

Question

Hmm why Question2Answer don't make a notification or a small message when user's account is locked on login like "Your account has been locked, reason: xxx". User will know that they are violate, so that why they can't submit question or do anything.

Is there any plugins?
