How To Remove Hyphen From Tag While Posting ?

Remove Hyphens Or Comma To Combine Words ... I Am Looking A Way To Remove Users To Post Tags Without  hyphen(-) Or Comma (,). If User Want To Give A New Tag Now He Will Write Like This (Suppose Ex Tag Is "Question And Answers")  .In This Script He Will Add Like This  Question-and-answers ..But I Need To Add Tag In Field As Question and Answers ..

Based on your other question I think you probably found the solution. But for anyone else the answer is to tick the option "Use comma as the only tag separator" in Admin > Posting.
