After several difficulties, I managed to run the query

SHOW PROCESSLIST

And this was the result:

(This is the result of a single query.)

That's a lot of processes! I only have 1-2 on my site, but it's not the busiest time right now. Have you increased the number of MySQL processes you run?
by
When there is no problem on the site, I see one or two processes to perform the query.
This data is when the error was happening and this large number of cases leaves my site unavailable.
I did not raise the number of processes yet, I'm afraid to be generated more queries and increase overhead.
by
Scott, you see something wrong in the processes?
by
To be honest I don't know. I checked my site in a busy time and there was still only 1-2 processes showing. So I don't know why you have so many. Are there other sites running on your server, or is it just the Q2A one?
by
Hi Scott.
I have only my Q2A site on the server.
This does not always happen. That's what I find strange.
At certain times of great movement, the site is working well and with few queries. At other times there are few users but the site is unavailable.
I can not identify why this happens.
by
I have that same problem. Did you find the cause of the problem?
by
kalanlarla: Unfortunately, I never discovered the cause. My Q2A site no longer exists.
