I have a site in russian. How to create ( translate/edit) the link for path of file http://cnc.im/faq/812/.......

Example:

http://cnc.im/faq/812/%D0%B7%D0%B0%D0%B4%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%B8%D1%8F-%D0%BA-%D0%B7%D0%B0%D0%BD%D1%8F%D1%82%D0%B8%D1%8E-%E2%84%961-04

Maybe it has advanced editor where I can edit/type the name of page like wordpress.

Because it is problem for sitemap/webmasters.
