Any Newsletter plugin which is in working condition??

The current newsletter plugin is showing some problem and a lot of people actually reported them but till now there is no solution.

So I am asking to every single user, has anyone made a working Newsletter plugin? It is very necessary for community website and Q2A is lagging a big feature here.
