custom ask box widget doesnt show up

Question

I uploaded the files just like it was said on plugin page, the widget is listed on Plugin page "Custom ask box widget", when I try to add the widget It does not show up..

Can anyone help me with that?

If you see it in the plugin page then it is properly installed. You now need to go to the admin/layout section and add it there. Enable the widget in all pages.

Finally, you'll need to logout. The plugin only shows the box to not logged in users.
