If you're looking to include the questions' contents in your emails (and not just a notification), you can use the free Publish To Email plugin:

You will just need to add the list of administrator emails in the plugin's "Notification email addresses" setting, and make sure "Send notifications for new questions" is checked.  If you only want emails for questions, then make sure the other "Sent notifications for new ..." checkboxes are unchecked.
