As per my knowledge there is no admin email notification for each qestion for comment. But there is a way to get notifiction via RSS on All activity. So once you subscribe with rss for all activity page you will get notification for each updates.
May be this is not the solution you are looking for but may help you as an alternative till you get solid solution.
