I examined the difference of language source(V1.3 & V1.3.1) with diff. I judged that there was no change. Is my recognition correct?

In that case, please describe translation's compatibility of V1.3 & V1.3.1 in below page.

Yes, you're right. There are no language file changes and I've made this clearer on the install page. Thanks for the reminder.
