Is there a way to create a special category which only admins can post on it but it's still visible for everyone?
I'm thinking like a kind of announcement category where users can interact with it by posting answers or comments but are not allowed to create posts in this category, only admins can.
This would work like an announcement category, everytime an admin has something to say or announce, he can use that special category to announce something to the community.
