Ability to create private questions (not messages)?

I am interested in leveraging Q2A for a new site but need the ability for questions to be private. Another words, post a question and then share it via FB, email, etc. without all users seeing it. Only those that I send it to could access and answer.

Is this possible?

I do not think this is possible without a core hack. With core hack this is possible by modifying the select statement from DB query. Then the question won't come in Questions page or any category page also. (Recent activity uses a different select query).
