xml-rpc plugin gives 32700 parse error. not well formed

Question

I have activate the plugin in my Q2A website, and when try to get the value of xml throught poster plugin in mozilla and REST Client from chrome form my website like http://mysite.com/xml-rpc it gets

Can anybody give solution???
