whether this xml-rpc protocol is suitable for Q2A 1.6.3?. does it support all functionalities of q2a 1.6.3?

I've never tested/used it.

at the bottom of the question I can find :

Q2A version: 1.6

I read here  that the 1.6.1, 1.6.2 and 1.6.3 versions contain only bug fixes (and presentation related changes) and do not contain new features, compared to the 1.6 version released on the 27th June 2013.

So, in theory , it should work over the 1.6.3.

Nevertheless, I see a lot of issues and complaints in using it (but, as I said before, I do not have direct experience on it).
