Choosing best answer doesn't close question. Shouldn't it?

i would like the question to automatically close when the asker chooses the best answer. Currently that isn't happening. I can't find a setting to turn this on. Am I missing it or does it not exist?

In the admin/posting section you can find this setting Close questions with a selected answer. The thing is that it is a bit tricky. It doesn't actually result in the question being closed but disallows adding new answers to the question. This means, the styling of the question won't be the same as a manually closed one and you are not able to add a note to it either.

If this behavior is not enough for you then you should request the implementation of this feature or implement it yourself.
