How to show the last comment person on the question list

On my site, when someone post an answer, his name will be shown on the question list, i.e. answered by XXX.

White on Question2Answer Q&A site, the name of last person who comment on an post will also be updated on the question list, i.e. commented by XXX. Moreover, the activity that someone edit an post will be updated as well.

How to set them up?

Those are different pages. You have to enable the All Activity page. You can do so by selecting the checkbox with the same name in the admin/pages section.
